Dr. Okour is a board certified gynecologist who specializes in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery including laparoscopy, hysteroscopy and vaginal surgery. Dr. Okour offers exceptional care and support to  women of all ages who are struggling with a wide range of gynecologic problems.

After graduating from the University of Baghdad, he completed his OB/GYN residency at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey, where he was heavily involved in the surgical training of senior residents during his time there. He was also awarded the Faculty Residents Teaching Award from the Jersey City Medical Center in 2019.

As a high-volume gynecologic surgeon, Dr. Okour has extensive training and experience in the field of gynecologic surgery, which has enabled him to optimize minimally invasive techniques, provide better outcomes for his patients and lower overall complication rates.
